Licensing
Every track on Lateloops can be bought as a Standard purchase, an Exclusivepurchase, or both. Here’s exactly what each one gives you — and what happens to the track afterwards.
Buy the track for your own projects. The same track can be bought by any number of other buyers — it stays live in the store.
Buy the track exclusively. It’s sold exactly once and then pulled from the store, so no one else can ever buy it again.
| What you get | Standard | Exclusive |
|---|---|---|
| Exclusivity | Non-exclusive | Exclusive — one buyer |
| How many can buy it | Unlimited buyers | A single buyer |
| Stays in the store? | Yes — remains available | No — removed after purchase |
| File you receive | Full-quality download | Full-quality download |
| Use in your projects | Yes | Yes |
| Availability | Always (while listed) | Withdrawn permanently once any standard copy has sold |
The exclusive option only makes sense while a track is truly untouched. So the moment a track is bought by anyone, its exclusive option is permanently withdrawn — it can never be sold exclusively again, because the track is already out in other creators’ hands.
And when an exclusive sale does go through, the track is removed from the store for good. No further sales, no second exclusive — that one buyer has it. This keeps every promise on this page honest: a standard purchase is always shared, and an exclusive is always one-of-one.
