The plain-language terms for buying and downloading tracks from Lateloops.
You sign in to Lateloops with your Google account. You're responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure, and for everything done through your Lateloops account.
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country to make a purchase. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles the transaction securely on our behalf.
Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency and include any applicable taxes where required. Your purchase is complete once Stripe confirms payment and the track is unlocked in your library.
Buying a track does not transfer ownership of the underlying music or its copyright — it grants you a licence to use it, on the terms of the licence type you chose:
You may not resell, redistribute, or re-licence the raw audio file as a standalone product, or claim authorship of the original composition. See the Licensing page for full details of each option.
Once a purchase completes, the full-quality file is available to download from your library. Your purchases do not expire — you can re-download them at any time while your account is active.
Because tracks are delivered as instant digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been delivered.
The exception is faulty goods: if a file is corrupt, will not download, or is materially not as described, contact us and we'll fix the file or refund that purchase.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access files you haven't purchased, circumventing previews or paywalls, or disrupting the site for others.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
